Mile 1............7:12 Mile 2............6:12 Mile 3............5:47 Mile 4............6:34 Mile 5............5:45 Mile 6............5:50 Mile 7............5:55 Mile 8............6:11 Mile 9............6:51 Mile 10...........6:09 Last night Paul, Geoff and Mike had there stuff nicked from lockers on the ground floor of the Tennis Centre. The upstairs lockers should be more secure and also the reception have a secure locker for important stuff. Geoff got it all back in the end, it was hidden in the toilet bin, next to the lockers. Mike got his clothes back and Paul lost the lot I think. We didn't catch the scrotes.
Training and Racing 21 December - 28 December 2004 Tuesday 21 December - 6:30pm - Tennis Centre (the water is back on for a hot shower) This week I'll be mostly..........running at a consistent pace. Aim to set off at 6.40 ish for the first mile (warm up), then running 6.30 - 6.20 for the rest, certainly no quicker than 6.10s. This week I'll most certainly not be................doing 4 miles at 7+ min miles, followed by 6 miles at break neck speed, interspersed with random 1/2 mile sprint reps. If my heart rate monitor shows 180, as it did last week, at any point, I will almost certainly implode, cluck like a chicken, and complete the run in the gymnastic crab position. Thursday 23 December - 6:00 pm - Nottingham Tennis Centre 7-8M, starting steady, finishing quick. Saturday 25 December, Christmas Day Merry Christmas and I hope Santa brings you fast shoes for next year. Sunday 26 December, Boxing Day Pictures maybe? Aviator or House of Flying Daggers, sno
