Training and Racing 19 October - 24 October 2004 Tuesday 19 October - 6:30pm - Tennis Centre, University Boulevard 10 miles+ at a strong pace (and an easy pace for those Marathon runners past and future!) :) Wednesday 20 October - 6pm - Tennis Centre, University Boulevard The Ken Allen-endorsed midweek longish run. An out-and-back to Holme Pierrepont returning via Beeston Lock. Meet at the Tennis Centre at 6pm. Gary and Rich are definately running today. Thursday 21 October - 6:30pm. Nottingham Tennis Centre for an interval session comprising a 2.5m warm-up, 4 intervals of 1.5m and a warm down. See map below. 9.75m total.
